Franco Nero is an Italian actor who has appeared in over 200 films in a career spanning more than 50 years. He was born on November 23, 1941 in San Prospero, Italy. Nero's breakthrough role came in the 1966 spaghetti western film "Django", directed by Sergio Corbucci, which became an international hit and established Nero as a major star. He went on to star in other successful westerns such as "Texas, Adios" and "Keoma". In the 1970s, Nero appeared in several international films, including "Camelot", "The Day of the Jackal" and "Enter the Ninja". He has also worked with directors such as Luis Buñuel, John Huston, and Quentin Tarantino.
